Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a good understanding of public authority operations.

You have:

  • Good experience in building permit administration and at least two years of experience in independently handling building permit cases.
  • Documented knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act and the Planning and Building Act (PBL).
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Relevant education for the assignment.

What does the role entail?

In the role of administrator within building permits, you will:

  • Independently handle building permit cases according to applicable legislation, guidelines, and practices.
  • Plan, investigate, and follow up on your cases in an efficient and legally compliant manner.
  • Review documents and make decisions in accordance with the Planning and Building Act (PBL).
  • Contribute to the development of routines and working methods within the building permit process.

You will play a central role in ensuring a smooth and qualitative handling that creates value for both the business and the citizens.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at 2Complete with good terms and benefits. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Working hours are weekdays 08:00–17:00, with the workplace located in central Stockholm. As part of the recruitment process, we will conduct a security check, including a financial background check and request an extract from the criminal record.
